Agent Package Description and Requirements

The platform strictly prohibits strategic arbitrage, including mass registration of agent accounts, exploiting the system structure for profit, creating fake agent hierarchies, or abusing platform bonus points. Gwin899 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any such behavior identified by the system or risk control department. The RM488 Agent Package is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee.

Agent Account Registration Rules

Each Gwin899 agent must register using their real name (bank verification name) and a valid phone number. Each verified identity is allowed to open a maximum of 13 agent accounts. According to the agent system structure, each agent may activate the five-generation reward mechanism by directly referring 12 agents. Gwin899 monitors for abnormal registration behavior, including multiple agent accounts under the same individual, one bank account linked to multiple agent accounts, multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, or large numbers of accounts operated by the same organization. The platform’s risk control system automatically monitors such activities and reserves the right to conduct investigations, delaying or suspending reward distributions during the review period.

Agent Task Requirements and Bonus Points

The 600 bonus points included in the Gwin899 agent package can only be obtained after completing the platform’s designated tasks. These bonus points must complete the required turnover task before being converted into withdrawable balance. Before the turnover requirement is completed, bonus points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into real balance. This task does not include the rebate system, but agents may participate in Gwin899’s bucket reward system. If an agent fails to complete system tasks, the bonus points cannot be withdrawn and reward eligibility may be revoked.

Anti Self-Betting Policy

If agents are found conducting team arbitrage or structural arbitrage—including mass team registration, agents generating turnover among themselves, agents betting among themselves to create turnover, or creating fake agent hierarchies—Gwin899 reserves the right to cancel related agent rewards, remove arbitrage earnings, freeze related accounts, and terminate agent qualifications.

Abnormal Gameplay, Device Monitoring, and Agent Termination

Gwin899 may detect abnormal gameplay behavior such as large numbers of bets within a short time, abnormally high betting frequency, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or bot or automated betting behavior. The platform may suspend gameplay permissions, freeze funds for investigation, and cancel abnormal profits. Gwin899 also monitors login device information, network IP addresses, browser fingerprints, device identification codes, and login behavior patterns. Bulk devices, emulators, or abnormal device behavior may result in restricted account functions, suspended reward distribution, or frozen accounts.
